Purpose and legal basis

We process your personal data because the law requires it: foreign guests must be reported to the Foreign Police (Act No. 326/1999 Coll.), and every accommodation provider keeps a register of guests for the local accommodation fee (Act No. 565/1990 Coll.). Your email and phone number are used to communicate about your stay.

Offers by email

Only if you tick the optional box, we send you occasional offers for direct bookings. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to ahoj@barrandium.com or using the link in each email.

Retention

The guest register must be kept for six years. Identity document numbers are stored encrypted. Marketing consent data is deleted when you withdraw it.

Recipients

The Foreign Police of the Czech Republic (for foreign guests) and the City of Prague (aggregated data for the accommodation fee). Our server is operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany; data is not transferred outside the EU.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
